Definately overpriced! And it increases every year by approx. $80. Absolutely nothing is included. Anytime I called for maintence they did respond promptly. But I am not one to complain about little things, like light switches that don't work sometimes or leaking faucets. Whoever they get to paint the apartments does a terrible job. Paint is on everything. We didn't realize we had to pay for water and sewer until after we moved in. Nothing included! Walls are paper thin. We lived in a party pit. Right in the middle of a bunch of kids at all time. The guy next door let his alarm ring every morning for hours, even weekends. I have started banging on the wall to wake him up. There are approximately 10 dogs around us and we get to see at least half of them take a dump outside our living room window everyday. Not a great sight so we basically live in a dark cave by leaving our blinds shut so we don't see them. It is my least favorite place I have ever lived in and the most expensive place I have ever lived in. Moving very soon. But it was fun listening for the tow truck making his rounds and wondering who was going to get towed away for parking on the grass or over the line. If only they took the hint and parked on the pavement and not on the grass that some people planted them selfs or in front of fire plugs. Not to mention people that liked to park 5 cars in the place of 2 that they signd a lease for. Want I hated the most was people who would let dogs dump on the lawns on purpose so it was not near them and not remove it. Not to mention people that would leave human waste from babies laying around. The Maint. staff tried but could never keep up with it. They were used and abused by the office staff but did try. Paul was a good painting it was the "green card" contracted painter from Mexico that would over spray every thing(most of all out side) that made me spends weeks removing it with chemicals).
