office staff is terrible

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I have lived here for 4 and a half years. It is not that bad but the office staff is terrible....they just don't care and I really have never needed anything from them but when I do it seems like I am bothering them. The price is stupid...nothing included. But again, it is not that bad, I feel comfortable here and no one really bothers me.
