I agree with all the reviews-we have damages that have not been repaired in over a year that were "flagged" by the office staff several times, they've lost paperwork, play with the rent rates and have highest staff turnover i've seen

So true, I do my Maint. on the side so I knew all the games they played and they caught on that I knew and got tired of me reporting them to the home office to get simple things done. After a while they just let me fix things my self and they gave me the materials from the shop. They know they are wrong and hurt people(the complex in general). To say the least when we moved out they gave us out deposit back PLUS interest(they really surprised us). I do have to say the walls were so thin with NO FIRE-WALLS(many units have burned) we could here people TALKING(not yelling) and even being "intimate" while trying to sleep.

All of the reviews regarding horror stories related to living at Wellington Hill are absolutely on point and have not been embellished. I often wonder if people reading these reviews think that we are possibly bitter ex-tenants that exaggerate our stories. The truth is, there is not enough time in the day for me to accurately list all of the horrible things that I personally encountered. In retrospect, I am truly amazed that this management company has not encountered more legal problems. I usually do not take the time to share these types of stories or complain much in general but could not let another person move into this nightmare. Avoid Wellington Hill at all costs....the management is the most uneducated, unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Couple that with dumpy units with closet doors falling off daily, sliding doors that don't lock, drains that do not drain, pet waste and garbage left everywhere by noisy neighbors that are being visited by probation/parole, and you are officially living in hell!
