Not Worth the Money

Looks are deceiving here. I must have visited on a quiet day. Actually, it was 1pm - when all the riff raff must have still been sleeping. I ducked in on a lunch break from work and was only on premise for about 20 minutes. There must be no standard, even though I had to fill out paperwork for background/credit checks. These people cannot afford what I was paying so other's opinions that different rents were charged must be accurate. I picked this place because it seemed safe for a divorced mom with 2 pre-teens. The dog crap everywhere and the violent trashy neighbors make it unsafe. The apartments themselves need a huge overhaul, which isn't apparent until you move in. They cover the flaws enough so you don't know the heat stays on constantly and the sliders don't lock. The walls are extremely thin. The management company is in Texas somewhere and could care less about the property. The staff is pathetic. Not too bright, unprofessional, and rude. They overcharged me the last month's rent and immediately sent it to Equity property management, the parent company. I had to try to deal with some illiterate in Texas who could not comprehend that a mistake was made. As pleasant as I was trying to be, hoping for his help in correcting the mistake, he was rude, arrogant, and hung up on me saying he didn't care about my issues and I had to pay what I was told. It's a shame because the location is great and the units could be lovely with a rehab and better management. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Did you hear about the time when people's kitchen and car windows were up on Falcon Crest Way? What about the time someone was surrounded when running at night - they tried to get help from property management but was refused - police consider Wellington Hill low priority because of proximity to Auburn - Downtown Manchester is more important.

Regarding people "living" there that there is no way they can pay the rent. You are RIGHT they can not, that is why they move in with 5-10 people then throw trash all over the place and slum the place out. The FAULT is on the staff for not enforcing the rules and removing these "types". They are breaking the rules right off the bat by having so many peopole there who are not on the lease or authorized. If the home office sent higher quality staff to replace the ones that quit and are fired the place would be a lot better. I heard years ago they had a man named Don who ran the place and it was quite the place to live and very enjoyable(sadly he passed away).
