Ok so after living here for four years with the rent going up each time we signed a new lease we decided that it is time to move. You would think the lease would cap or even go down after x amount of time living here but it doesn't it just keeps going up. When we first moved in we had a dog. He passed away. After a few years right before moving we got a new dog. The apartments decided that we had to pay an additional pet deposit of $250 somehow since we have already paid this it seem extreme to ask for it yet again. I could maybe see paying it if I had two dogs at one time but since I only have one there is no way! And an additional $50 per month for having a dog $30 per month for a cat. I have noticed that very few people clean up after their dogs and even though there is a Quote dog restriction on breeds and weight I have not seen that enforced here. I went for an entire summer without A/C and the following summer had the same issues for over half of the summer before the unit was finally replaced. We waited for six and a half weeks for our new lease to be drawn up one year, and the office tried to charge me for rent without a lease prices. The staff seems to care only about money and not about the quality of life that the renters get here. Overall I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy, sad but true.
