In one word AWFUL!!
awful!!
This place is a DUMP! cheap floors, cheap carpet, cheap closet doors, cheap cabinet, cheap paint!! overall this hole place is a DUMP!
People at the office are rude specially the manager!
they want to charge you for everything, they just care about money and MONEY!! ohh and of course the rent keeps going up and up! So don't spec after the year you rent will be the same noooooo it will go up from $40.00 or up!! And def. I don't recommend to bring ANY pets here (unless if you are ready to pay double for your rent)
If you put a service request it takes them "MONTHS" to fix the problem! And when they finally come to fix the issue, the maintnance crew either give you attitude or they have to come back to TRY to fix it again BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO FIX THINGS!!
I will not even recommend this place TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
The pictures on line are nice "BUT" be careful because once you move in is a total mess!! ohh and not to mention most of the times they either have the pool or jacuzzi out of order.
