The first review was certainly done by a member of the office staff.

That said, WT is currently in the midst of a renovation. That renovation seems to be behind schedule, or at least there are a surprising number of incomplete projects. Public areas and laundry facilities are in an unfinished condition, and have been for months, and interior work in many of th units is incomplete.

1) Parking - Parking is adequate providing that nobody ever has any guests. Spaces are assigned, and there are very few extras. Visitor spaces are unmarked, and account for less than 10%.

2) Noise - isn't too bad, but there are kids in the complex, so occasional noise goes with the territory.

3) Grounds - Nothing special about describes it.

4) Safety - Lighting is ok.

5) Construction - I gave it a charitable 3. The complex is in the midst of a renovation; see my coments at the top. If things are the same in 3 mos, would deserve a "2".

6) Maintenance - I've never had a problem, of course, I don't ask for much.

7) Office staff - Above average.
