Starting Monday 7/17/06, there is a new property manager that will take Wellington Terrace to these desired rating levels of the categories of parking, noise, security, office staff, maintenance response time, grounds keeping, etc. The possibility is being explored of adding more personnel to the maintenance team. Also there is the possibility of having an additional full-time on-site professional groundskeeper to improve and maintain a better quality landscaping throughout the development, increasing the appearance dramatically. Security and vigilance will continue to increase, making the place even safer.
As far as noise goes, it is what it is. You're going to hear close-by neighbors from time to time. That fact goes for anywhere you live in the world. The management will monitor and continue cutting down on any unreasonable loud noise. Parking is ample with assigned parking. A lot of places have no assigned parking, which often leaves the headache of someone's guest having a spot close to your place while you're left parking further away. Assigned parking guarantees your parking spots are saved for when you get home. In the future the management will research the feasibility of expanding visitor parking by paving some new areas within the development.
This development also has a great location for commuting. Local colleges are minutes away. Conveniently located a couple of minutes from 93 for great commuting. Massachusetts is 30 minutes away at the most, with Boston about an hour or less away. Hampton Beach and the seacoast are about 30 minutes away. Mountains are under an hour away. There are a lot more good things about to happen here, so contact the new property manager if you are looking for a great place to live at a great price!
