wellington terrace welcome sec. 8 and everyone, but are fast to drive you away with their rules and restrictions. even if you dont break any of their restrictions dont be suprise to be told you did. they have no respect towards veterans or people who are on sec 8. for the time i lived there... in 1 month out of a building of 4 apts. almost every one had come and gone. trying to get stuff fixed is a nightmare. parking is a joke youll maybe have a parking spot or have to park on the street or even get towed regardless. if you have no where else to go but here or the street trust me take the street youll be alot happier. living here is like living on the streets with thier poor insulation and very drafty doors and windows. sorry to have such a negative review but they have disgusted me since day 1. thankyou for reading this review. sincerely a gratefull to be former tenant.
