This is by far the WORST apartment I have ever had to endure. I have had a list of items broken; ripped screens, counter tops, leaking ceilings, doors, disgusting carpet and ants.Now on my last month of me lease (the only thing keeping me here) only ONE thing was fixed (the counter top). I have told management over and over again about these problems to no avail. Parking is even worse than the apartment! My roommate was towed becuase her sticker was not in clear sight, my friend was towed in visitor parking becuase he was not on the left side, my other friend was towed becuase it snowed even though management told us to park there! Management is a problem in itself we have gone through 3 managers in the one year we have been here. Each one claims they are changing the entire place and making it better when they just make it worse. The newest manager does not care about tenants at ALL. Every time I go into the office she is in another FIGHT with a tenant (BTW she is ALWAYS RIGHT). The final complaint are the people. In the "courtyard" between all the apartments people have parties all the time. Kids run around like they own the place with no parents in the streets. Someone broke into our cars stole our radio, gps and money. Management does NOTHING. This is the WORST place to LIVE. DO NOT FALL for their traps. When we moved in the PROMISED the world everything would be fixed! LIES.
