I moved into this place a couple years ago with my fiancee. We are leaving as soon as possible! The winters are the worst. They leave about an inch of ice on the ground that everyone, including the cars, slip on because they, for whatever reason, don't want to have more than one layer of sand on the ground per storm. Last winter was ridiculous with ice everywhere almost the entire winter! And lets not forget residents having their cars hauled away by a tow company because they finally decided to plow, and heaven forbid the cars are int he way. The place doesn't even start plowing until business hours begin so people who leave for work at 7 AM could have to drive through a foot of snow to get to the nicely plowed street if a big storm hits overnight!! But thats not all! If you have the pleasure of moving into one of the units that previously had a built in A/C unit be prepared to have a higher gas bill in the winter too! The insulation is entirely inadequate leaving the downstairs area freezing while the upstairs begins to get burning hot because the thermostat is placed in the living room where the cold air filters through the wall and cools the room quickly. A cold winter can leave 3-4 of your monthly bills around 215 dollars a month JUST FOR GAS!!!

Over the summer last year and into this year there has been a spread of graffiti all over the place. Do you think the management has enough pride in this place to remove it'!'! NOPE!! They leave it up on display to let everyone here know they live in the projects!! We are moving in the next couple months when we can find a house!!! Cant wait!!

Oh and don't let me forget about the bugs! Huge wolf spiders, and ants, are all over the place. The property manager told me they spray outside for the bugs... but I have trouble believing they would actually put the effort in to do that. The manager, Ashley, is extremely ignorant to anything that doesn't contribute to her bonus's apparently. She talks to people from her office while they are in the management office. (its separated from the management office by a thin wall.. but still unprofessional not to look at people when you talk to them). It is not uncommon for Ashley to have her son with her in the office. I have seen him throwing a fit while she was doing a job interview, playing with toys in the main office area, and talking on the phone where actual residents would have to attempt to talk to her through this window they set up... you cant tell me that's professional. But she is probably the main reason this property is in as much of a problem as it is now because she seems like she really doesn't care what the place looks like as long as she fills her quota on renting apartments to get her bonus'.

If you want to move in to a horribly managed, bug infested place with graffiti everywhere, this is your place. If not, then I suggest you look elsewhere. If it weren't for the fact my wedding was this year.. I would have moved out as soon as my lease was up. Unfortunately I couldn't spend money to move when I had wedding expenses to cover.
