I am the manager of Wellington Terrace Apartments. Over the past year, I have taken over the manager position here at Wellington Terrace. I take a lot of pride in this property and feel that Wellington Terrace has changed in the past 2 years in a very positive way. We have just recently renovated (2) playgrounds for the children and completed many landscape projects in the community to make our resident(s) home beautiful.

My commitment to our resident(s) is huge and of great importance to me and my staff here at Wellington Terrace. We strive to ensure all resident(s) happiness and comfort while residing here at Wellington Terrace Apartments.

Our office has an open door policy where if there is an issue, complaint, suggestions, request, etc we are here on site to listen to our resident(s) and take action when necessary and appropriate.

Our maintenance team is on site and available 24 hours a day 7 days per week for emergency service calls, during business hours most maintenance requests are completed same day.

With that, we would appreciate honest reviews from our resident(s) here at Wellington Terrace as we have many, many happy resident(s) & we will continue to value each and every resident(s) tenancy here at Wellington Terrace!

sure they listen.. but they never do anything. Yes, they added playgrounds, but they don't monitor them to ensure the safety of the kids as they play. The office says "it's not our job". The extent of beautification efforts is to add a fence in the entrance way, flowers around their sign and add 2 new playground structures that are now covered in graffiti that they apparently are choosing not to remove. The place still looks like crap, has for the last year.. but if increasing "curb appeal" is their idea of beautifying the place, they should walk down their own street and take a look around.. the place looks horrible and they aren't doing anything to make the area we live in look, or feel, better. As a resident I don't want to see flowers at the gate and crap outside my house... that is not "positive" change. This place has gone downhill horribly since I moved in here.. and unless something changes, it will continue. But their post shows that they are ignorant to the renters here.. this place needs a lot more than flowers to look good! I will give the maintenance crew credit.. they do get things done right the first time almost every time.. its too bad the management doesn't have as much pride in their work as the maintenance guys here.. then maybe this place would be worth staying at.

My suggestion to you would be to come up to the office because you have the wrong perception of us. We do value your residency here and hope that you can come up to the office and put some suggestions on how to improve what is bothering you in writing and I will be happy to address it right away for you. I am sorry you are having such a terrible experience, I'd like to be able to help you out. We are not ignorant to our resident(s) and want to hear your suggestions for improvements. We will be removing the grafitti including off the playground which we have just found the children who have done it but unfortunatley parents need to be responsible for supervising their own children. Thank you for your concern and I hope that your able to come meet with me and I am happy to address all of your problems.
