This is quite possibly the worst place I have ever lived in. My neighbors have parties way too often the police are tired of coming here so a noise complaint takes them hours to get here and the office says its not their problem. Ashley is the worst manager I have dealt with EVER! If there is anything that might inconvenience her to deal with she always tells me "THATS NOT MY PROBLEM" or "WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT". Its like a high school gossip center when you walk in there listening to her gripe about the stuff she has to deal with or hearing her talk about other residents and what she thinks of them. There is nothing professional about her and Wellington Terrace has gone downhill ever since she took over as manager. There is graffitti everywhere and has been for the last year. The dumpsters have trash sitting outside on the ground for up to a couple weeks at a time leaving skunks as frequent visitors here. The huge rent increase we had last year was rewarded by us having to live in filth and surrounded by graffitti. If you bring up the fact the place looks like crap she always brings up the news playground structures. The same structures that are covered with obsenity laden graffitti that they dont have the courtesy to take down. I dont let my kid play here, and wouldnt reccommend that people with kids consider moving here. Plus there is a group of kids that pick on all the younger kids and start fights on the playground. AGAIN Ashley in her infinite wisdom says "ITS NOT MY PROBLEM" and that she cant tell the kids not to play there and to bring up problems to the kids parents. You would think the extra money they are stealing from us would go into something to make this place look decent. I guess the bottom line is they dont care about the residents as long as they make their money

sorry about that I meant apartmentratings.com. You will find that if you come to the office you will find nothing but professionalism and we do not talk about our residents negatively our residents are what makes our community...we love our residents.

I am glad to see other people have had a similar experience looking back at past reviews. For the record here I haven't written any other reviews and this "anonymous" person tried many times to come to the office Ashley and is tired of you saying you cant do it, its not your problem, or any other negative response you can give! I am sorry you dont like to be inconvenienced but the residents here should always be your priority. The graffitti has been all around here for the past year without being removed, so should we be thrilled you are finally saying you will be removing it? Because people have been complaining enough that doing the work is less troublesome than dealing with the complaints? I know I have brought it up regularly since it appeared with no result to date. I never said the graffitti was done by the staff either. I did say that you left it up there for an excessive time frame. Why is 1 year or more an acceptable timeframe to see anything done by you Ashley? I bet if someone sprayed graffitti all over where you live it wouldnt have taken over a year to get someone to remove it. And what about the garbage laying outside the dumpsters? Is that too much of an inconvenience too? I guess picking the garbage laying on the ground up every other week is acceptable for you? You can try to make it sound like you have genuine concern, but your actions show otherwise. The fact is you have so many people moving out of here because of you. Either people you target because you dont like them, or people who are sick of nothing getting done. I will be moving when my lease is up if you are still here Ashley.
