I moved into Wellington Terrace at the end of June. Fortunately for myself I live in a pretty quiet area and love my neighbors. Everyone gets along really well and keeps there area fairly clean. As someone has said before yes there is bugs and spiders, however if there is an issue they do fix it. As for management I have NEVER had an issue with them. Anytime I call with an issue or something I would like done Ashley makes sure it is taken care of. The little things that everyone complain about, well you are going to deal with those and alot of others if you move somewhere else. If you are looking for a place where it's quiet, clean, and you have no issues than let me know when you find one because it doesn't exist. I would definitley reccomend moving here to someone who is looking for a decent place to live.

Funny how a positive review finds its way on here shortly after a string of negative ones. This is either Ashley herself or one of her friends trying to make things look better than they are
