These apartments are very nice. The management and maintenance staff have been pleasant and accomodating. The walking trails around the property as very nice and the pool is always clean. The people that live here are decent and quiet. The police patrol the parking lot frequently through the night which is peace of mind. Insulation seems good. We only hear occational footsteps of neighbor above us. No complaints from our neighbor below and we have two kids! One thing though, there doesn't seem to be an executive business center or full-size washer/dryers as advertised on thier web site. The washers and dryers are small load stackables. But we are grateful for what we get. It beats going to the laundromat.
