Moved in a few months ago. Seems well built, quiet, and the kitchen has real wood cabinet, but could have more dawers...but you can make do. The layout is great, and it feels like a home.
Neigibors are nice, management seems great, and our only complaint was fixed in less tha 24 hours. The washers are small, but they are quality units, and do a good job,as are all the other appliances in the unit,they are Whirlpools.
We have yet to hear the people upstairs, and the availability of an elevator is a life saver on move in for the upper floors!!
