Noisey.Parking lot had garbage about. Lots of construction vehicles during the daytime. Washer/dryer is small but convenient.Pool has no privacy to commercial businesses next door.Manager seemed to care less about us.

I disagree with this response. I've found Bowers to be a very quite and clean area to live for me and my family. The pool area is secluded and private, not at all within eye shot of a commerical business. I am completely satisfied with the management of the property. Paula is a wonderful asset to Bowers - she keeps the place in top-notch condition - job very well done!
