My finance and I lived at Bowers Landing for just under three years. We have recently purchased a condo which was the only reason for leaving. The crowd is generally late 20's to mid 30's or older couples. The rents are somewhat high, but that keeps much of the rifraf out.

Mgmt (Paula) was awesome with us as we were able to custom tailor our lease to coincide with a constantly moving closing date on our condo. We already miss living at Bowers Lndg.

I would move back there in a heartbeat.
