The apartments are fairly new and seem to be kept up well. I lived here for a year and never had any problems with noise or my neighbors. The outside gets plowed in a timely manner and the shrubs are kept up nicely. The great part is they do accept pets and people clean up after them for the most part. The only downside is that the apartment manager DJ is very rude and doesn't return phonecalls.
