Looking at reviews of other places around Manchester and Nashua it looks like I will be staying here a while longer.

I have a 1 bedroom with a small den/dinning room area. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The building is very quiet, so quiet in fact I worry that I am the noisy one. Neighbors mostly include elderly and starter families with the occasional single working professional.

Apartments are fairly new and include the major appliances (dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer though a bit small). Any repairs are usually taken care of the next business day (I once had my garbage disposal stop working).

There is a small pool, that is kind of exposed to people pulling into the place, but it isn't too bad. There is a small workout room with about 3 treadmills, a exercise bike and a weight bench. Supposedly the area before this can be reserved for small parties or what not, but in the 3 years I've been here I've never seen it used.

Snow removal is good as long as you remember to move your car like you are reminded to, walkways are always shoveled by the time I leave for work, never had an issue.

The buildings themselves are relatively new, no more than 10 years old I would guess, never had any major problems. Occasional brown water from the town flushing the pipes, but that is nothing they can control.

Overall, if you like to pay a little more for a clean quiet place, you should try to get in here. Be weary of other reviews on here of other places with only 1 or 2 reviews and sound like a marketing person filling out the review.

I think the worst reivew on here was about construction (which is now disallowed to come in from the main entrance, and I've never heard any noise. They are building small townhouses about half a mile down the entrance road), and a complaint about the sink rusting or something' Well that's what happens when you leave a tin can sitting in a damp sink for too long. If that's the worst complaint you have about the place I can tell you've never lived anywhere that was truly horrible.
