Lived here for about a year, it was ok for a while Maintance is a little slow on taking care of anything.

Ex: we had a ant problem, we called in about it they said they'd take care of it asap, took them almost 2 months (and the problem was already gone we bought things to take care of it) to finally come and spray, which was no longer needed. Had to wait almost 3 months for a closet door to be fixed, a few weeks for a ceiling leak in the bathroom (upstairs floods their bathroom often it seems).

There was an odor problem in the building and they did inspections, well so called anyways, all they did was step in the doorway and that was it. We used to own cats which the catbox wasn't changed yet, and management said it smelled badly and we were the cause of the smell in the building and cats had to go..kinda a little off since all they smelled was the catbox right behind the door. Made us get rid of the 2 cats, and even having to call in and have a professional clean all the rugs in the apartment, paying for it ourselves.

The area is ok, loud neighboors, and children don't know how to not shout or not to cuss...parents aren't much of parents around here either.

Otherwise its an ok place, if you don't mind noise and don't have pets you should be fine.

Price is a little high then it should be, apartment is small and no storage space whatso ever, so if you got little stuff you will be fine i suppose.

I suggest looking at the apartment before deciding.

No problems with staff, when maintence does come very helpful and friendly. Management seems friendly when they want to be (Boyfriend deals with them, not me heh)

Heat doesn't seem to stay in the apartment at all, we have a little heater we keep in the room running on low to keep it warm, be prepared to cover windows and sliding door with plastic in the winter just to keep some heat in. Don't use their heat ourselfs since its in the ceiling, not sure how that works really, but when we tried to use it never got any heat.
