WAS nice, Brady-Sullivan took over

Brady-Sullivan bought out the complex from Crosswoods Path, and is kicking out (or trying to kick out) all the residents to convert this complex to condos.
They have been VERY rude and are now engaged in a campaign of "annnoying" the remaining residents out with constant unlicensed work and notices to remove doormats, notices to remove porch items, etc, etc.. Calls to maintainence are not returned, staff is nonexistent. Another typical takeover for Brady-Sullivan. AWFUL company.
