Do not recommend The apartments are not bad; they have good size rooms but the leasing office and maintence is a joke. I hope you are not in a rush to get things fixed. They are either (1) way too busy (2) forgot to give the message to the appropriate party or (3) some stupid excuse. Nothing

Overall great place to live. The apartments are fairly new and seem to be kept up well. I lived here for a year and never had any problems with noise or my neighbors. The outside gets plowed in a timely manner and the shrubs are kept up nicely. The great part is they do accept pets and people clean

apt building 28 30 etc that building with those numbers they will not take section 8 housing but some of the people they rent to are rotten parents and dirty people like with there cats smelling up hallways and not keeping their places clean

None Better My finance and I lived at Bowers Landing for just under three years. We have recently purchased a condo which was the only reason for leaving. The crowd is generally late 20's to mid 30's or older couples. The rents are somewhat high, but that keeps much of the rifraf

Don't rent here Noisey.Parking lot had garbage about. Lots of construction vehicles during the daytime. Washer/dryer is small but convenient.Pool has no privacy to commercial businesses next door.Manager seemed to care less about us.

decent place I rented this right before and during my pregnancy, I never had problems with neighbors being to loud, very well insulated, heat is electric so electric bills are kinda ridiculous in winter.

Great Management My husband & I have been here almost 3years and we would recommend the place to anyone. Rent is high but it's in a very safe and quiet area. The manager,Paula, and the maintenance man (Scott?) are very concientious, friendly and helpful.
