This place needs a serious overhaul in its management. There is nothing in writing about its rental practices, the rent goes up ridiculously high every year, there is dishonesty in management and the maintenance is terrible. Unless you enjoy going after people for your deposit or any repairs on your apartment, do not rent here. Snow removal is virtually nill because of no budget, and apartment walls are thin. There is no access to any major road ways, which makes the rent even more unreasonable. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This is not how it is now!!!! I duno about back in 2004 but theres a very OVIOUS road that leads to the highway......looks like its been there for more then 5 years....
