This place needs a serious overhaul in its management. There is nothing in writing about its rental practices, the rent goes up ridiculously high every year, there is dishonesty in management and the maintenance is terrible. Unless you enjoy going after people for your deposit or any repairs on your apartment, do not rent here. Snow removal is virtually nill because of no budget, and apartment walls are thin. There is no access to any major road ways, which makes the rent even more unreasonable.
