We just moved in in December. There really have been no problems yet. The apartment is clean and stays warm in the winter. Very homey and comfy. The hot water never runs out! the only "problem" so far has been the weird tapping noises we hear in the ceiling at night (we're on the third floor), but we just call them our "ghosts". The neighbors seem nice and they keep to themselves. A couple of guys even helped me get my car out of the ice my first week there. Linda, the manager, is fantastic: very nice and helpful. The parking is always plentiful. The laundry room is well-maintained and most always clean. The place feels safe and quiet. There aren't too many "luxuries", like a pool or gym or super-luxury apartments, but as long as your tastes are simple and you value things like comfort, safety, and attentive staff this could be a great place to live! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
