My husband and I have lived here about 8 months, and we love it. We are so thankful we came across this place when looking for apartments.

The best part is the management - our leasing agent and our maintenance man have been nothing but amazing and kind to us.

I will admit when we moved in, there were problems with the water in our apartment, but it took less than a few days for them to fix the problems for us. Ever since then, any maintenance issue we've had has been checked in record time - definitely NOT what we expected from any apartment complex.

The one thing that probably removes the rose-colored glasses is the laundry room. The dryers NEVER dry your clothing in the set amount of time, so you always send up using extra quarters ... of course, that's how it is at any laundromat, so we've never felt it was anything too terrible.

This place is wonderful if you're just looking for a nice place to live, without a need for "sweeping views" or "in ground pools" that would raise the rent anyway.
