If you like White Trash and thin walls/floors this is your place. I guess they say you get what you pay for and in this case its true. The appliances and carpets are from the 70's. I can clearly hear my downstair neighbors tv through the floor. I get woken up at night by the sounds of crappy cars owned by various White Trash. I have been here under a year and I cannot wait to leave. There was a machete attack right outside my building not too long ago. None of the security doors work and anyone can just walk in. Other tennants leave their garbage in the hallway for days at a time. Parking is not a problem though because everyone parks where they want. There are parking spots marked but nobody pays attention to that. The hardest part is trying to get out of the parking lot when there are cars parked everywhere. Laundry rooms are a nightmare with the oldest equipment ever. There are some positives though. This place is cheap and it is in a prime location for travel. The maintenance people do fix problems very quickly when they feel they are important enough. I will be moving out the day my lease is up and now I know what to look for when choosing apartments.
