There are some pros to living here;new porches that are decently sized, hardwood-like floors. However the cons outnumber the pros;management constantly being changed(average of 3 mos), if you have a small problem maintenence is great otherwise you may never see it fixed (ie leaky ceilings), laundry facilities are aweful and if the machines eat your money the office will not relpace the $$, there is no limit for packing that is reinforced, you can hear everything from anyones apt in the hallways, and rent has gone up with ever change-over of management. I can't wait to leave this place! Things would be better if a property manager and leasing agents stayed longer than an average of 3 mos. "Promises" by mangement gets lost and forgotten, get EVERYTHING in writing.
