I have been living at Laurel Hill Apartment for only 2 month and I have to tell you that I am very disappointed with the way Maintenance fix items request. My understanding is that when you open a req they are to be address within 48 hr of issued. Well!! I am still waiting and what thay have fixed has been wrong.
I have placed several calls to the office and even talked to the Manager(when his there)regarding my open req and he says that "we will take care of it right away" and nothing yet.
Hall ways smells. stair rails falling(safety issue)Entry doors unlock (another safefy issue)
In general every thing the say to get you in, is not true.
