I'd look else where if I were you...

The maintenance is terrible. They mud the walls and leave it unpainted/unsanded when you move in. The carpets were not cleaned when we moved in and smelled of pet odors (even though you can't have pets).
When you call for maintenance they are prompt to tell you there's nothing wrong.
We recently left for the weekend and my car was towed so they could plow. My car was parked in the spot allotted for my apartment and it was towed for a grand total of 250.00.
If you plan on going away for the weekend during the winter don't move to Longley.
