I've lived here almost two years now under Mayo mgt. They have been working hard to improve the property and maintain it. They are always responsive to my maintenance calls. I live in one of the oldest buildings at the back of the property w/large rooms and lots of quiet. There are families in this building with kids of varying ages, but for the most part, there is no problem w/unsupervised kids and mgt is quick to resolve any such problems. Parking is ok and they just added a tennis court and storage units. This is also a nice quiet town w/Shaws and Walmart nearby. They allow cats and small dogs. $20/month pet rent. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Interesting...I've lived at Woodland Heights for almost 2 years, and I was unaware that they allowed small dogs. In fact one of my neighbors moved out because she had adopted a small terrier. I also disagree about the problem with unsupervised kids in this building. A couple of weeks ago there were several kids playing in the dumpsters. We've had the police come several times for disturbances the teenagers make sometimes at night. It took the property manager several months to evict a tenant who's teenage kids were making a lot of noise and were also doing such things as urinating off the second floor balcony and having sex on the balcony. As for management, they've just hired the third property manager in less than 2 years. The first manager was stealing tenants' rent money. The second one was gone after about 6 months. No, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I totally disagree with this statement. I have lived here for a year and management is trying to scam renters out of there money with a 200.00 non refundable deposit on anytype of dogs. Also management it's resposive to maintence calls at all, I haven't gotten any kind of pest control in my apartment and I have been asking for it for since the second wweek I've been renting. Renter beware don't listein to this review, stay AWAY from Woodland Heights.

We have lived here 3 years, and had problems since we moved in, Management is so responsive to maitainence calls, we had to call the building Inspector to get a repair done. Too Bad no one that lives here dares to speak up like we did, We have filed a class Action Suit Against Mayo and this slum lord property manager, Whom is not allowed to own any more properties other than his own because he was tried & convicted for being a slum lord in Manchester. Anyone have the guts to Join us in this suit?..
