I lived in Massachusetts before I moved here and for the size of the apartment the rent is beyond reasonable. I live in one of the newer apartments and all my fixtures are clean and work great. There are a lot of kids around but they never once bothered me or were loud. All my neighbors are quiet and corteous. We live in the basement level and sometimes get a bug here or there but that's my only complaint.
