Not being from NH, I generally find it overpriced here. But for the amount I pay I'm not getting my money's worth:
Way too noisy- the family below me wakes me up at least once a week screaming and slamming doors. The cops are here every night for different reasons. The garbage is thrown everywhere, with old furniture sitting by the garbage for monthes on end. Parking is often filled on weekends. Snow plowing is irregular.
The management turns over every few monthes. They stopped signing for deliveries, saying they didn't have time to deal with it. But, the have time to waste on a useless newletter that's a crossword puzzle and very pathetic jokes.
Unless you need to live in Milford, I recommend moving to Manchester or Nashua.
