Woodland Heights, and Laurel Hill apartments both have multiple Tenant Law Suits Against them, because they do not honor their lease agreements, Forget about having the Quiet Enjoyment of your apartment, Forget about being able to sleep, Your upstairs neighbor won't let you, Forget about complaining to the Property Manager, because you will be harassed by him and his staff if you do. (Whom is not allowed to own any more properties other than his own because he was tried & convicted for being a slum lord in Manchester) Several Tenants have slipped and fallen because maintenance doesn't take even plow the parking lots or shovel the walk ways sand the walk ways, They paint over hazardous black mold to hide it after a tenant moves out so the next tenant doesn't see it until they become sick from it Some of the apartments flood every time it rains, They have used Duct Tape and Paper Towels to conceal sewer & water pipe leaks in several of the Buildings. As far as parking is concerned' What Parking...with all the Traffic coming in and out from the Drug Dealers Customers, the 3 Camper Trailers that are not supposed to be parked on the property, the 3 flat bed trailers, that are not supposed to be parked on the property, the 13 Unregistered and Uninspected cars and trucks that are not supposed to be parked on the property There isn't any where to park! There are 6 Registered Child Predators living at Woodland Heights, 1 Unregistered Child Predator, The Building Maintenance Manager spends more time drinking beer while riding around in the company truck "working" than he does fixing anything, Not like he has a clue as to how to fix anything, and if you don't kiss his butt he will talk bad about you to everyone around the complex. Several of tenants that live in this slum have had to call the Milford Building inspector to get things repaired properly. Forget about calling the local Police if you have a problem, they are paid well by Mayo Group to not bother with helping you. Forget About Petitioning the Milford District Court, The Judge there is also on Mayo-Group's payroll. Mayo Group is currently under Federal Investigation by Multiple Agencies, Including, The F.B.I., D.E.A., U.S. Department of Health, The Office of Fair Housing, and H.U.D. (I hope this property manager gets indicted and goes to prison where he belongs soon.) So if you want your kids living around Pedophiles that prowl the play ground, pool, and Drug Dealers....Move into Woodland Heights or Laurel Hills in Milford N.H. (Both Owned by the Mayo Group) We have filed a Class Action Law Suit Against Mayo Group anyone else dare to join us'

Isn't it considered libelous to state things such as the town police and judges are paid off by this complex' management? Would love to see the proof of that. How can anyone take anything this poster says seriously? Why oh why would they still live there if it is this bad? I cannot find anywhere that lists 6 registered child predators living here and what the heck is an unregister child predator? Again I would like to see the proof.

An unregistered child predator is one that hasn't been caught by the law yet. And, even if the statements are libelous, who is going to sue evil_ol_man@yahoo.com?? What do you care?
