I have lived here for a long time and I also say that this place is disgusting with all the mold and water problems. I have always been afraid of fire from the electrical problems and the management here at this time is the worst I've ever seen. I don't like and am uncomfortable with all mantainance men with the exception of one guy. He seems to be the only one who knows how to fix anything right. They are very nasty, rude and a bunch of bullshiters. They tell you what you want to hear, but never take actions. I myself have very nice neighbors all around me, but there have been many scary, disgusting and noisy people here. We've had cars and apartments broken into, clothes stolen from dryers, cat poop in the hallways, swear words carved into the walls, damage to many cars while they are parked in the parking lots, not enough parking for tenants, terrible and dangerous conditions in the winter months in all the lots and walkways, flooding apartments, and bugs everywheres. Ants in the bathrooms, mealy bugs in the food, pinchers, fleas year round, even cockroaches. If you have asthma, allergies or any serious health problems you don't want to live here because you will notice in a very short time that your health will worsen. The only good thing about this place is that they allow pets and dogs. But that doesn't mean that all the pet owning tenants are responsible pet owners.
