I have been here for way over 10 years and it is a lot better than it was a couple of years ago. If you are so disgusted why don't you move' I have been to the office several times with problems and the maintenance has fixed my problems pretty quickly. The dogs that are here are probably not supposed to be in the apartment.
I think the new manager and the other people in the office are doing a good job. If you hate it so much move. This place is better than the other places around here.
I like my apartment, for what i pay it is not bad.

How can you say it's better than other places around here when you have apparently been living at WH for "way over 10 years?" You haven't lived anywhere else to compare it to in a decade or more. It may be better than it was a couple of years ago but that doesn't mean it's good.
I don't know what you're paying for your place but I sure don't consider my apartment a good deal. When your lease comes up for renewal, do they raise your rent each time like they do everyone else? Mine would have gone up $10 a month if I signed on for another years. I went month to month instead so it went up $110 a month.
Your solution to those who are unhappy is that they should move? When all of the good people are gone and you're left with nothing but the scum of the earth in the complex will you still say it's great?
Who knows, maybe you're the wife of one of the maintenance guys and that's why you get things done for you but I sure don't have that kind of luck. I'm in the office or calling there every week to let them know the washer in my building is still broken after many months. Does it ever get fixed? Of course not.

I have to admit, the apts are larger than Brookstone Manner, and nicer than Heritage Estates. So comparatively speaking to other Milford apts, it isnt so bad. I just dislike the undiscliplined kids, the domestic problems and the fact that maintanance can never seem to fix anything correctly the first time.
