this place is going to be so much better when the people above us move!! aparntly they are leaving at the end of the month...other than that we have had no problems with managment or maitnence...there is walking paths and a quarry a short walk away...and people seem to be friendly except for my neighbor...overall we are happy here and will be staying for a few more years
