IT is liveable, if you have nothing else

This place is HUD and it is nothing great, because they dont offer anything for the kids. The laundry facilities are horrible.
The other tenants are emotionally or mentally unhealthy. The management here works like they are the wardens. Everyone is an eye spy for the office. If you want to just pay your rent and be left alone with your own life, this is not the place to live.
They can push you around here, because they know you dont have income to defend yourself against them. It is better than living on the street, but look at the option I am comparing it to.
