Thin floors and walls, cranky neighbors and nasty management. This is the only place I've ever lived where any noise during the day is a crime, but knock yourself out at night. Management ignores some complaints but goes after others in a rude and combative way (just who is paying the rent around here anyway). Maintenance is sloppy. The fresh coat of paint on our newly rented apartment contained dirt, hair (yuck) and indescribable lumps. The washing machine leaked. The hall reeked of cigarette smoke. The only reason to live here is that they allow dogs. Do yourself a favor, find an apartment where the renter is respected.
