Awful, loud, smelly, horrible staff

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
This was the worst complex I ever lived in. The noise from the upstairs neighbor walking around kept me up at night. I could honestly smell his bathroom through the vent in my bathroom. When I routinely complained about the noise, their response was "hey, it's a wood-framed building...you gotta expect some noise."

Unacceptable for the 900/month I was paying.

Look elsewhere!!!!
