Well let me start off by saying that this place is not only a NICE place to live but the management and maintenance staff are wonderful. I moved into Bay Ridge on a 6 month lease (Just till my house in Hudson sells) (The X still lives in it).. So being a home owner and having to rent again was not an easy thing for me. I looked around and found that Bay Ridge is probably the best kept place in the area and it shows...



So this brings me to the maintenence staff, in the few months I?ve lived here I?ve had a few thing break in the apartment and they have been fixed ASAP, For instance, in my first month the hotwater tank let go, they not only fixed it promply but had the rugs steamed also. As for the noise levels, my apartment is no museum. I?m a single Dad with 2 teenage girls and it does get loud in my apartment sometimes and people SHOULD expect that to happen when your renting, of course if it happened on a daily basis, which it don?t, and if it did, I would expect someone to say something, I would! So the bottom line is if you need a nice place to live and you have a LIFE and you get out of the apartment once in a while and your not some stuck up person who thinks you OWN the place cause YOU DON?T and can expect some noise once in a while, then this place is perfect. IF NOT,
Interest rates are low BUY SOMETHING!!!



P.S. IF you enjoy fishing the pond is stocked (BASS) and it has some lunkers in it, I?ve fished the pond about 10 times in the past 3 weeks and I?ve caught some beauties (using shiners). Good Luck!

Wow. how much did you get paid to write such a glowing review? Of course you dont mind then noise - chances are your family was responsible for most of the noises!!
