I chose this apartment because it was spacious and fully applianced with a washer and dryer...the onsite maintenance was okay. However, there was a period of 2 months when the fire alarm went off literally for hours at a time (once from 2 am till the following night at 10 pm) rather than fix the alarm, they cut the speaker so that the alarm would not work if there was a fire! Not only that, the roofers who they hired to fix the buildings hit my car with their truck, did not tell anyone and when I approached management, they would not help in any way, even to give me a number of the contractor. For the most part, the apartment was nice, and things like broken sockets or appliances were fixed quickly.
The floors are very thin so you can hear eveyrhint in your neighbors apartments.
