I went to this place earlier this month to check into possibly renting an apt through Bay Ridge. When I got there, I thought the grounds were nicely kept, I didnt see peeling paint anywhere. It was a quiet place. The office staff was friendly - we met with a lady named Ana Torres - she was very informative, and seemed to know her stuff.
We looked at the larger 1000 ft floor plan, and the 900 sq ft floor plan and found that we really liked the smaller one alot. The unit had washers and dryers in them and lots of closet space. She even said it was OK TO PAINT THE WALLS! I havent been to many places that allow this - they usually make you keep the white walls.
I really wanted to live here, but in the end when my husband and I thought it out, we found it was easier for us to stay in Massachusetts. It would be a pain getting someone we know to travel up from Andover to Nashua just to feed our cats. Also our family is in Maine, so it would add another forty minutes to our trip there.
Barring these circumstances...I definately would have been contacting Ms. Torres to rent one of the Maple floorplans. It seems like a great place to live, the cost was even fair compared to most.
Oh, and I do agree with the last couple of posts on here...you MUST expect SOME noise when renting. Its silly to think you wont...I mean, honestly...you hear your family in other rooms of your house, dont you''!!

I viewed the Maple room today, also w/Ana. I too found the property beautiful and fell in love with it. I haven't decided yet if I'll stay, but I totally agree w/this writer about the look and atmosphere of the place. I also saw a few residents in the clubhouse and around the property. They seemed content.

They tell you that you can paint the walls. If you want blaze orange walls, you can have them until you want to leave. Before you leave, you need to paint them back to white. Furthermore, don't advise someone to live somewhere you have never lived. Everyone there is nice until you sign the lease, then they raise your rent and complain about everything you do.
