We moved in 2000. We are still here due to our dogs. We have seen alot of good things and ALOT of BAD things. For one, management trys to turn one neighbor against another. They send out memos to each apartment encouraging residents to report any infractions that they may have witnessed so the guilty can be fined. Management doesn?t believe in security my vehicle was broken in to and they didn?t do anything about it. I called the police and they told me it was private property. So if you are planning on moving here beware, the police can?t help, and BayRidge won?t. Every time you resign your lease Bay Ridge raises the rent and hits you with more fees. (water, heat, electricity, pet fees, late fees 10% of your rent. Parking fees, any they haven?t thought of yet. Over all its a nice place but too uptight and expensive for NH.
