I've lived at Bay Ridge for 3 months and I don't have too many complaints. They're redoing all of the shingles right now so that helps. The floors are a little squeeky and I always smell cigarette smoke from my upstairs neighbor. On the good side, the location is nice (right off the highway), the apartment is surrounded by trees and grass, all nicely kept.
