SECOND REVIEW and EDITORIALIZATION
We recently went through lease renewal and {{{are you sitting down}}} they allow tenants to hang the US flag ONLY on July 4th, Veteran's Day and Flag Day. So, I was wondering when they allow tenants to burn the flag.
Again, this is JMO, but have these people EVER heard of the 1st Amendment' What a bunch of cementheads! Think they'll come up with a clause for allowable days for flag burning' LOL!! What a bunch of winners!
Needless to say, we told them they could take their lease agreement and put it where the sun never shines.
We all ready found a fabulous townhouse, with all the same amenities that Bay Ridge has, right down the street from them.

REVIEW and EDITORIALIZATION:
THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, but, the only plus is the location and they know it. Don?t be fooled by outward appearances and cordial hospitality. The management is the absolute worst in terms of customer relations and facility maintenance.
Specifically, the office staff constantly hides behind vague and ever-changing *company policy* which I have yet to see a copy of and *executives* with Ninja-like powers of invisibility, who are constantly visiting, like they have nothing else to do.
My advice, keep looking - there are definitely better places out there.
