Parking: Always available - but the spots aren't reserved for each apartment (which can be good and bad), has carports but not for every apartment, and it costs extra.

Noise: Minimal - Other than hearing a few excited kids on occasion, or a left-home-alone dog every once in awhile, it is very, very quiet - especially for an apartment community.

Grounds: Attractive and well-kept - beautiful grounds lay-out, beautiful landscaping and beautiful buildings (although they could use new paint).

Safety: Very safe - I have never seen or heard of any type of disruption. Neighbors appear to be hard working professionals whom keep to themselves.

Construction: Built well - Appliances, fixtures and insulation are typical of apartment living. Some things are a little outdated, but still work well.

Maintenance: Fantastic - The team is trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. Any service requests are taken care of immediately (regardless of the urgency).

Office: Fantastic - Nancy is my main point-of-contact. She is very welcoming and very attentative to any needs or questions that may arise.

Location: Good - It's right off the highway and very close to DW Hwy. Unfortunately, there are other not-so-nice apartments in the near vicinty - but the grounds are set far back off the road with a private entrance.

Rates: It's a little expensive for one person to rent a one bedroom apartment (especially with no utilities included). But for two people - it's very reasonable.

Overall: 4.5 stars - It's a very respectable community. I highly recommend it!

I have lived there for 6 months! In this 6 months i have had a motorcycle stolen 2 times. The first time was after only being there a few days. The second time i had a motorcycle stolen was after living there 2 months. Now 6 months into my lease i have had my truck broken into. Besides my problems there have been about 16 other cars broken into in my 6 months living there. The complex does not care about you or your property! All they care about is getting payed on the first of the month. I have inquired about breaking the lease and their response is you ahve to give 2 months notice, and pay 2 months worth of rent ($2600)..... Normally i could understand this if i was breaking the lease just becasue i changed my mind...but in my case I have spent almost $3,000 on deductables and locks and alarms to secure my vehicles...all becasue this complex doesnt care to implement some kind of security measures. When i spoke with the police they said that half a mile up the road they have no problems with crime or vehicle theft/vandalisim. Oh lets not forget that the complex just recently had their sign vandalized (along with tenants vehicles) and they had to replace the whole sign.
