All is good, not to sure were these other people are living, but I have not experienced anything near what the complaints were.
All in all, very happy.

I usually keep to myself, including my thoughts. But I have to write cuz I don't know what's worse, living in the same building as NUMEROUS noisy tenants who have both spitefully become louder after I left kind notes OR the office workers who can not control their own policies, and just think the high turnover is 'on average' or expected. Doors slamming, people stomping above and dog ---- everywhere is just the beginning - and if you want to hear the guy on the second floor use his vibrator every night - you can have my apt. when my lease is up!!

I hear you. Choosing an apartment is like a game of chance. You may be surrounded by noisy neighbors or not. If I was surrounded by considerate neighbors at Bay Ridge, I would have stayed. Keep in mind that I had no problems tolerating people walking, children, doors closing, people cooking, fighting, love making, and other common noises surrounding my former apartment. I heard a lot of these noises. There is an elderly man at my current residence who likes to watch naughty movies at night. He got a kind note placed on his door by a neighbor ( not me ). No more notes, so I guess he is more careful. :)0)
