Bay Ridge At Nashua

If you are looking for a spot for a year - I've loved the community... tennis courts, walking loop, pool, gym, volleyball court etc. The utilities are very expensive and no one can tell you why and they go up in rent each year regardless of how good a tenent you are. For one year you can make it work and enjoy it - beyond that it is very frustrating to deal with Aimco properties.

Absolutely. One can get a deal for the 1st year with really cheap rent. Then the rent goes through the roof starting the 2nd year with about $80 to $100 rent increases. Who does that? Bayridge..because they have a difficult time renting (most people leave the first year). However, read the other posts on this sight first and decide if you want to put up with all the crap that goes on in this community. It's up to you...

They also will promise you "locked in rates" the 2nd year you want to stay and then right as you need to renew the lease completely change it and state that those rates have changed- be careful, they are very manipulative and they lie. Its so dissapointing and surprising since most places in the area rent for cheaper- and the prices do continue to rise no matter how amazing of a tenant you are- you would think that they would reward good tenants
