I have been here since February and everyone on here seems to think that I am going to have problems or as they say get through the "honeymoon" and see how I like it well. I have been here now for almost 6 months and still no problems at all. My daughter loves her room and the walks that we take almost every night. We have had no problems with our neighbors or anyone around here. Maybe we got lucky and got a nice area to live. I would suggest to anyone to like in this area it has a really nice back yard and people are just really friendly.

If you aren't management, live here a little longer (i.e. more than two weeks) Boy are you in for a SURPRISE!!!

I admit this post does sound staged. That is exactly how I have heard management office workers speak.

Dear Kellyk15, Your first post was done sometime around Feb 1st, 2008 whereby you indicated you have lived here for 2 weeks and how great this place is. Now you keep updating your post to reflect how great this place is, but you really shouldn't post during the honeymoon stage. Wait til the end of the summer and see how you feel. It's a totally different ballgame - you'll see. That's if you really are a tenant and not management like indicated in prior posts.

Good for you kelleyk15. Why are you so defensive, unless you work at Bay Ridge. Why do you continue to update your post? If you had a good experience, that's great. Move on and enjoy your apartment.
